Office Manager

Sonya has over 25 years experience in the administrative aspect of the construction industry. Her experience has been working with engineers, general contractors and subcontractors.  Sonya has for many years been the office manager of construction offices, primarily running the unseen administrative part of construction.  Her main tasks on a day to day basis are maintaining the accounts receivable and payable, file upkeep and control, website and social media updating, and is also a photographer for all of the jobs Grindstone has, keeping a photographic record of each job's progressions.  Sonya is also a Certified Professional Secretary since 1998, and is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction, Southwest Missouri Region.
